General Information

Braille on Demand is for text documents up to 10 pages. Your school district will be invoiced on a monthly basis for your orders at a rate of $3.50 per braille or graphical page.

For larger documents or documents requiring tactiles, please contact the Anamosa Braille Center at 800-332-7922 (ask for Lucas Timpe in the Braille shop) or via email at ipibraille@iowa.gov. IPI also provides braille transcription services for entire textbooks and worksheets; requests for quotes can be submitted to ipibraille@iowa.gov.

Interline print/embossing is not recommended for 3rd grade work and up. Interline cannot be done for math of any kind.
